Question : I am a 39 years old, I just recently have started getting an occasional slight stinging in the tip of my penis while urinating and occasional blood spotting from my penis.

Hello Dr.
No Lesions, vesicles, or pustules on tip of penis.
The blood is visible and very minimal such as one drop, but not always after urinating...it's random.
Slight burning when urination starts then tapers off during urination.
No pain in abdomen.

Thanks for the information.
The description you provide fits into Urethritis. You may have to be started on antibiotics like Norfloxacin. Before that do get urine culture and sensitivity test to identify the organism involved and a suitable antibiotics to treat the same. Till then you must be on Norflox. Consult your treating doctor for the same.
Also, drink ample amount of water and take cranberry juice which helps in washing out the infection to some extent.
