Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

First, you need to change your diet, avoid coffee, alcohol smoking and fried food. Avoid long sitting or laying after meal, sleep with elevated upper body. Your symptoms indicate stomach or esophagus issues and difficulties are aggravated by stress, anxiety and unhealthy food. You need to drink one cup of mentha tea in the morning and 1 in the evening. If there is no improvement, you should see ENT doctor and gastroenterologist and look for possible sinusitis, GERD or hiatal hernia which then can be treated specifically.

Wish you good health. Regards
