Thanks for the query
It looks like you are suffering from gastroenteritis. Here is what you should do.
1. Since you are having chills and sweats I recommend you to be started on an antibiotic like Ciproflox with tinidazole combination, taken twice a day for 5 days
2. Tab Sporolac three times a day
3.Tab omeprazole before food for a week
4. Keep yourself well hydrated
5. avoid milk, caffeine, smoking and alcohol
6. make sure what you eat in bland and not spicy

Two spoonful of plain non sweetened curd can be taken three times a day, it also acts like a probiotic but it is not as effective as tab sporolac and dosage also will be an issue
