Suggest Treatment For Stomach Discomfort And Vomiting After Taking Tylenol

As discussed in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
How many time are you taking Oxycodone 30 in 24 hours?
Have been taking Oxycodone before fall too and if yes, then for what condition?
How many Tylenol 500 have you taken till now?
Where is the pain at the moment?
Tylenol can accentuate the effects or adverse effects of Oxycodone hence the dose may have to be reduced to say 350 or 375 at the most.
Please take a PPI/antacid along with like Omeprazole.
Domperidone for vomiting needs a prescription I suppose.
Once the vomiting stops you can try plain Ibuprofen if it suits you and particularly with food or milk.
It would be important to know why is so much pain despite the medications.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Please follow-up with these details.
Awaiting..

you need to go to the ER
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Please note that more than 4000 mg of Tylenol is not allowed in 24 hours and that is why you may be getting the vomiting.
Please do not take Tylenol at the moment at all.
You can certainly go to ER so that they can give you some other medication for the pain may be by intramuscular route or so.
I'd suggest getting a prompt review of the situation there so that the symptoms are controlled as early as possible.
Regards
