Brief Answer:
Post viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that you had viral infection likely due to some of the respiratory viruses commonly coronavirus ,sometimes influenza A/H5N1 virus,& the influenza A/H1N1 virus, which can also cause stomach symptoms like diarrhea etc.
Steroids ,if have been given to you for some indication can give rise to peptic dyspepsia (acidity, heartburn, epigastric pain ) and usually responds to proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole.
Bright yellow feces can indicate that food is passing through the digestive tract relatively quickly. Yellow stool can be found in people with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
Foods that can worsen GERD symptoms include peppermint, fatty foods, alcohol, coffee, and chocolate should be avoided.
Since your appetite is poor.it will not be out of place to undergo Liver function tests like serum bilrubin,SGOT & SGPT levels.
