Question : hey i was wondering everyday i wake up with stomach pain and after i get out of bed and walk around i get better but the thing is sometimes i wake up at 4am and am completly exhausted

The pain you have is most likely related to duodenum ulcer. It is characteristic for duodenum ulcer to give pain when the stomach is empty. And every night your stomach gets empty as you do not eat for a long time. So for sure you wake up with empty stomach.
You may have nausea and loss of appetite with this issue.
Ulcer is a kind of wound on the surface of stomach or duodenum. This wound gives pain when stomach acid irritates it.
The reasons of peptic ulcers are: Helicobacter Pylori infection, stress, bad diet (lots of coffee intake), pain killers.

I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist with this issue. To diagnose ulcers, gastroscopy should be done. If the ulcers will be confirmed medicines should be used to solve your problem.
