Question : when I eat my upper stomach hurts and continually hurts down to my lower stomach. very painful if I try to walk it hurts to where I feel I'm about to double over. with pain and cramping. I have had this for 3 days now it started with runs for 2 days and stomach pain and its continuing to my lower back .

Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
- Is there associated bloating, constipation or inability to pass stool and gases?
- Any loose stool or sticky (mucus), foul smelling?
- Any rumbling you can hear or feel inside of the abdomen?
- Any other information you would like to share...

The most probable causes are:
- Intestinal obstruction.
- Intestinal infection
- Infective focus in the abdomen that needs evaluation.

I would advise you the following:
- Go to ER ASAP.
- Urgent clinical evaluation, examination preferably by a General Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position for 2 reasons > to see for gas under diaphragm and gas fluid levels in the intestine along with other signs like dilated bowel loop and so on.
- Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
- Tests of blood, urine and stool.

These will give sufficient idea about the diagnosis and further tests like CT scan and so on are needed when needed.

was in sever pain and cramping while in the sitting position and then when I went to bed the pain was intense and I did take a laxative to see if any change . have had no change as of yet .
