Brief Answer:
Let me help you out.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Health Care Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

Missing periods can be due to excessive stress , pregnancy , a disease of the ovary called polycystic ovarian syndrome , thyroid dysfunction or as a effect of a few drugs - to name a few

Let me ask you a few questions
1. Do you take oral contraceptive pills?
2. Do you take any psychiatric drugs(antidepressants or antipsychotics) ?

Do not worry.

I would suggest you to
- Get a urinary pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy
- Get a blood TSH done to rule out thyroid dysfunction
- Get an ultrasound of abdomen done - I think you have already done it (abdomen and pelvic test which you said)
- Get a complete haemogram done

Do not panic. I would suggest you to visit a gynaecologist . He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
The missed period is probably due to the polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Fatty liver is a broad term that describes the buildup of fats in the liver. Having fat in your liver is normal, but if more than five to 10 percent is fat, then it is called fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and usually goes away on its own.

Do not worry much.

Avoid oily , fatty food.

Continue with the medications for PCOS .

Consult with your gynaecologist.

If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health
