Brief Answer:
Hematologist's opinion please.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history albeit small and specific.

Flu / Viral infection is known to reduce the WBC count and also give stomach pain.
WBC of 3.1 is definitely below the normal levels.

May I please know what type of spots have you noticed on right side and calf ?
You may also please post the picture of the spots as > YYYY@YYYY

I would advise you to consult a Hematologist for clinical examination, further investigations, and management.
I hope this may get improved with the recovery from you present problem. yes, on the safer side you should see the Hematologist as your WBC was 4.2 last month.

I hope this answer helps you to get the correct line of investigations and management. Please feel free to ask for further relevant questions if you need to or if you feel there is a gap-of-communication.

Brief Answer:
Do not be scared. This may become normal soon as HIV is negative.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback and happy to know HIV is negative.
This may not be a cancer.
The most probable reason of reduced WBC is Viral fever / flu and some conditions like enteritis.
Repeat the WBC test again, may be today and let us see.

Waiting for your reports.
