Question : My 7 yrs daughter suffering from repeated urination and stomach pain,we have checked urine reports are normal ,what may be the reason for stomach pain

Could be worm infestation too
Detailed Answer:
Hi... repeated episodes of stomach pain along with frequency of urination can occur in worm infestation. This is quite common symptom and scenario. Urine test will be normal in such cases.
I suggest that you give oral Albendazole 400mg tablet 1 tablet today and another 10 days later and you will see a difference.
If your daughter is still having stomach pain and frequent urination even after this, I suggest you get an ultrasound abdomen done for her.

Sir thanks for reply, if possible let me know how to treat mouth ulcer for same kid she has ulcers on inner side of lips and tounge

If it is recurrent mouth ulcers then we should suspect inflammatory bowel disorders.
