                                            Question : My 19 yr old son has been experiencing stomach pain for 3 days now.  No vomiting, keeps food down and last bowel movement was yesterday.  He woke this morning saying he is still in pain and wants to go to the ER.
I DONT HAVE ANY MEDICAL INSURANCE!! what can I do??

1. Where exactly is the pain located (upper middle or lower/ left or right abdomen)
2. Does the pain radiates to back?
3. Does it better or worse after foods intake?
4. Has the pain started after some food intake?

                                    Pain is in the middle like in belly button area.  He has no fever.  Pain does radiate to the back and after eating there is no change in pain.

Pain in this area is usually due to intestines spasm. It can be caused by some mild food poisoning. Please check his heart rate, if its below 100 no need to go to ER.
Please push his abdomen gently and release the pressure rapidly. Intense pain when releasing the pressure is alarming sign.
Please try to give him probiotic and muscle relaxing medicine like Metamizole or Buscolisine.
In the pain will be still present for the next few days, Er visit is necessary.
