Question : I was pushing furniture with my upper thighs and heard a loud pop and immediately felt pain in my right buttock all the way through to the front and down the back of my leg.

Thanks for your query.

It appears you may have strained the muscles of buttock. I would suggest the following-
Give adequate rest to the involved muscle group and avoid any movement that causes pain
Ice packing once in every 2 hours over the affected area
Moist heat application to relax the muscles
Local application of muscle relaxant gel
Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and local swelling or inflammation.
