Question : i have strep throat with no allergies it's very painful full of pus and bleeding

Thanks for the query.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
antibiotic amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium 625mg twice daily after meal for 7 days ,
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination twice daily &
Vitamin C .
