- Need to get up from your seat every half hour and take a walk around in your workplace

- Alternating different tasks will keep the fun alive and curtail boredom

- Outsource the work that is out of your capacity

- Chair yoga is a great way to relax. You can do some head rotations, shoulder rotations, twisting, shaking of feet while sitting in your chair. You can learn these is a small course on yoga.
