Brief Answer:
Stretch marks cannot be reversed totally; you may try topical Tretinoin

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your concern and I have understood it.

Stretch marks form due to rupture of collagen framework of the dermis, as a result of stretching of overlying skin.
Formation of stretch marks is a type of atrophic scaring because there is loss of tissue/dermal collagen due to rupture of collagen.
On running the fingers over stretch marks are normally felt as gaps in the skin.
They are an inevitable consequence of pregnancy in females and weight gain, for example.
Body building also stretches overlying skin and therefore may cause stretch marks to appear if the skin does not get enough time to adapt to the increase in muscle bulk.
Stretch marks are particularly prone to develop in those who take Anabolic steroids for increasing muscle bulk.
Though there are lot of OTC creams available to help prevent and decrease the appearance of Stretch marks but none of them works 100%.
Stretch marks improve in appearance by themselves, over time. Stretch marks are initially reddish or bluish in colour but later on they become whitish in appearance.
All you could do for fresh stretch marks is apply a good moisturizing cream 2-3 times daily
You can also use Tretinoin 0.05% OR 0.1% cream over stretch marks, once daily at night.
Tretinoin has the property of collagen remodelling and also induces new collagen and can thus reduce the appearance of stretch marks, if used for an extended period of time(6-9 months). However there is no treatment which works 100% in case of stretch marks.
Minor side effects that you may develop on tretinoin are mild redness and skin peeling because tretinoin is an irritant. However, if you notice excessive redness or excessive peeling of the skin, you may use it alternate night rather than daily at night.
Tretinoin is a prescription product, therefore I suggest that you visit a specialist dermatologist in your region for the needful.
