Brief Answer:
further evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Get a throat examination, a Videolaryngoscopy and a set of Xrays (Neck and Chest front and lateral) done.

2. If the bone is not seen on these, it is better to wait for a few days before an examination under anesthesia after CT Scans and a flexible scopy.

3. It is highly unlikely that the bone is regurgitated up back again. Usually any injury or laceration caused by the bone or forceful retching and vomiting will cause such a sensation.

4. Upload the test results here for treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them,

Regards.
