Question : I have a bump (possibly a sty ) on the center of my eyelid - not on edge of eyelid - center near eyelid crease. What can I do -- looks awful...

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like pyoderma which is bacterial infection of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply to topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-6 days.
This will help in resolving the infection.
