Question: Hello -

I have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance - IBS - and reflux/acidity.
( burping - nausea - right side of stomach feels weird - diarrhea - constipated - bloating )

I already have subacrominal bursitis in the right shoulder. My right shoulder blade and middle of the spine cracks - throbs - - pinches - pressure on the chest on the front right shoulder ( over 1 year ).

It hard to put any pressure on my right foot. the whole right side of my body feel weak.

What do you suggest? Any alterantive remedies? / exercise

Thankyou

Brief Answer:
SSRI might be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that you have two disease entities IBS and Musculo-skeletal problem.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) citalopram at 20 mg/day may help reduce both the entities. You may want to get it prescribed by your primary physician.
Treatments that incorporate improved physical function with relaxation, such as yoga and Tai Chi, may also be helpful.
