Question: To XXXXXXX koregol

hi,

I suddenly had vaginal bleeding on friday night and immediately called my doc and got admitted for observation. They did an ultrasound and god willing both the babies were fine. They however found a ssubchronic bleeding . Today my bleeding has stopped and i have light spotting. Doc said wait for 1 week n get follow up scanning done. In the mean time if there is increase in bleeding or pain immediately come. Although i m fine now i still have some tensions in my mind about this tthreatned miscarriage. I m on bed rest now and on pprostrogene supplements. What other precautions can i take to ensure me n babies are healthy? Also until agree w hat week can i be sure i ll no longer have miscarriage so that it eases my mind. Since the 1st 2 months of my ppregnancy has been a roller ccoaster ride but god willing evening is fine so far i m still worried a bit. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Dont worry. Everything is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

i am happy to know both babies are doing well after subchorionic bleed.

It is common to have Subchorionic bleed during twin pregnancy like this. You are on right treatment for threatened miscarriage and dont need any additional treatment. Bed rest is not required but progesterone suppliments will help.

Majority of pregnancies who present like this generally continue successfully with healthy pregnancy and there will be no difficulties in future.

I reassure you that everything is fine and will go on well. Your babues are doing fine, Dont worry about it.
