Brief Answer:
Yes could be drug induced low TSH

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the report
As you have mentioned, it is unlikely for a normal TSH to become very low at this age especially if TSH was normal at birth.
Many drugs lower TSH .
Even paracetamol, analgesics can lower TSH.
Antibiotics may not be the reason, but if steroids had been used, then it could lower TSH.
I advice you to do free T3 and free T4 now, If normal, repeat full thyroid profile after 6 weeks.
I do hope TSH normalises by then.

If still low after 6 weeks, consult your endocrinologist to evaluate further for subclinical hyperthyroidism like anti thyroid antibodies , etc.
Treatment is with medicines like propylthiouracil duration will depend on antibodies type and levels.

Wishing your child good health
