You are having mostly spinal cause for your symptoms.
So better to consult orthopaedic doctor and get done clinical examination and MRI spine to rule out spinal problem.
Please hit thanks.

Brief Answer:
You may have spinal problem or neuropathies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have diffuse pain in joint and muscle. You may have spinal problem or neuropathis.
It may be due to diabetes, toxin, immune mediated, idiopathic sensory polyneuropathy, plexopathy, radiculopathy or neoplastic infiltration.

I have gone through your other illness and medication. Your pain is mostly not related to your other disease or medication.

You should go for MRI spine, ultrasound abdomen, sugar level, vitamin B12 level and complete blood count.
You also need examination for your superficial and deep reflexes.

Please send me your reports so that I can help you further. First of all we need to search the cause and then you should start treatment accordingly. Till that you can take painkillers like diclofenac or ibuprofen for some symptomatic releif.

I will wait for your reports.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
