Brief Answer:
PT and INR to be monitored.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Whenever a patient is on an anticoagulant PT and INR has to be monitored every 2 weeks and doses of anticoagulant is to be adjusted as per the reports of PT and INR. I would suggest you to go for PT and INR test. Keep INR between 1-2 and you won't bleed.
Nausea and loose stools can be due to mild gastric upset.
Take zofran 4mg twice daily for nausea and Tab imodoum 4mg thrice daily for stools for 2 days. Both are Over the counter.
Take light food preferablly rice and curd with banana or apple.
Get PT and INR checked.
Follow up with reports.
Hope I have answered your query.
