Question : Hello

My mother saleema begum has got giddiness and she had fell down. Due to some personal marital dispute discussion. Its 12 am now. And no medical or clinic is open. Please advise some good medicine or solution. To help her recover. I will consult the doctor tomorrow.

I am sorry for what is happening to your mother.

If you cannot go to a doctor's office immediately, and if your mother is conscious, then, I advise to give her:
- sugary juice (sugar melted in water with a bit of squeezed lemon) and baking soda
- pour some alcohol in a cotton clothing and ask her to inhale
- give her plenty of water/juice to drink
- let her rest

If she is not conscious, then, should send her to ER as soon as possible.
