Brief Answer:
Nerve conduction studies/MRI cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow up and providing further details.

Considering your clinical details,I am of the opinion that you should undergo 'Nerve conduction studies' of upper limbs and MRI of cervical spine,in order to exclude neuropathic and radiculopathic changes(due to degenerative spine disease). You can discuss with your treating physician regarding this.Further treatment can be planned accordingly.

I am always here to answer any of your queries. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
