Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Anxiety does that to a person quite often. Losing weight and all other symptoms are alla ttributed to anxiety. Its a psychological trouble and with slight psychotherapy session and some anxiolytics under supervision of an expert psychologist or psychiatrist work like charm.
You may also try to sign up to some group therapies , vocational and recreational group therapies also help that.
As far as that once blood in vomit is concerned, that most likely was due to the food you ate and drinks you had. If you dont repeat the msitake again, it wont happen. I understand anxiety takes alot of your breath and leave you fatigued and deprived of energy. Get some help as i mentioned, follow a strict regular routine of eating sleeping and have regular exercise and out door activities like playing sports etc and you will see the magical improvement with in a few weeks.
i hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Thank you for getting back!
You are very right. These are common sequelae of anxiety attacks. As soon as anxiety is managed these collateral damages will be taken care of. Just consult a psychiatrist and let them take care of you. I am sure you will feel the difference. You are young and has potential to recover with slight effort. Hope for the best.
Take care
