Question : HELLO, I CAME DOWN WITH MUSCLE WEAKNESS, SINUS PAIN AND CONGESTION. I ALSO HAVE BEEN BEDRIDDEN FOR 3 DAYS AND WEIGHT LOSS.

Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are experiencing muscle pain congestion and not been able to get our of bed for 3 days. This sounds like you have influenza. At this point there is very little that can be done to speed up your recovery. the advice I have is drink plenty of fluids. Us a combination decongestant and cough suppressant for the nasal congestion. For the body aches ibuprofen or naprosyn will help. This may take another 3-4 days before you will feel back to normal
