Question : I have another question- Can you please forward all my info. to the Dr. so I can add something? yesterday, I experienced something I have never had before. I was in the grocery store after a full day and playing with my Grand baby. I had very little sleep the night before and had a lot of stress that day. I suddenly became extremely dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out. My husband drove me home and I immediately took a nap. I did feel better after that but the room was spinning prior to that.On top of everything else, what can this be? Worse case?

Worst scenario Benign Positional Vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are more likely to be related to the fatigue, sleep deprivation and stress you experienced.

They do not seem to be related to headaches you experienced before.

A possible explanation is lowering of blood pressure or postural hypotension.

Another possibility isa condition related to inner and middle ear disfunction; Benign positional vertigo, that may be exacerbated by fatigue and stress.

In both cases, I don't see any serious condition or disease that may cause your symptoms.
