Brief Answer:
Observe only at this time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully. This could be suggestive of a condition called trigerminal neuralgia. It manifests with shock like severe pain which lasts just a couple of seconds. For now I will recommend that you monitor only for another week. if this persists, then I will suggest that you get this confirmed by a neurologists and managed accordingly. There are medications to manage this condition. All we need is first to put the facts together and we will get going immediately that is done.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
