Brief Answer:
Blood pressure changes, inner ear dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Regarding to your age and previous medical history, first thing to evaluate in your case is change in blood pressure values.

It is necessary to monitor your blood pressure for a couple of days and in different body positions ( laying, sitting and standing ).

If any anomalies in blood pressure, medication adjustment is necessary.

If blood pressure is found to be no responsible for your vertigo, inner ear dysfunction ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Ménière's disease ) should be taken in consideration and an ENT Doctor consult is necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
