Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
You might have developed contact dermatitis to the hair XXXXXXX
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to continue applying cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
Besides this if the reaction is severe I also recommend my patients to take a short course of oral steroid like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily in the morning for 3-5 days.
Oral steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
