Question : I fell XXXXXXX 16 my left thigh took the impact of concrete.
hand size bruise left outer thigh swelling hematoma. Deep Pain that comes in waves around upper knee when I move from sitting to standing or while laying in bed. I limp walk.

Hello,
I have studied your case. Collection of blood is due to muscle trauma.So it is a serious injury. It will take some time to pain to go completely. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Tablet Brufen 400 mg twice daily.
3.Take a broad spectrum antibiotic as some time these hepatoma can become infected. I would suggest you to take Augmenting 625 mg thrice daily for three days,
4.If blood collection is not getting dissolved then you might need a needle aspiration. Doctor will apply compression bandage so that it should not refill again.
5.Do not walk too much or stand because it can cause muscle to bleed again.
