Question : I used trimix both yesterday and today about 22 hrs apart and now the skin under the tip of my penis is blue and swollen. Was this a side effect of trimix?

Blood out of capillaries is blue and that's the reason. This will regress spontaneously and requires no further medical attention unless something else comes up which seems unlikely at this time.
