Question : the ball of my foot is swollen and puffy and feels kind of numb if i tap on it it feels like little shocks of electric maybe nerve
Brief Answer:
Methycobalamine supplements can help.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Your problem could be due to peripheral neuropathy. I would insist you to confirm if you have diabetes and/or hypertension, and if so, for how long. I would also insist you to upload an image for me to correlate. Based on that I would guide you further.
Taking methylcobalamine (a form of B vitamin) 1500 mcg once daily should provide relief.
I would await your response.
