Brief Answer:
hi and welcome to hcm

Detailed Answer:
You need to see doctor. this is not something that should be ignored. Antibiotics and immobilisation is necessary and daily doctors follow up. in most cases it will subside on coservative treatment with resting and cold compresses, but such abscesses may also progress rapidly so it must be under doctors control. Lack of radial pulse, hand paleness, coldness and paralysis are late signs of compartment sydrome and this should be prevented much earlier. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask.regards
Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
