Brief Answer:
Possible panaritium

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This sounds to me like possible panaritium which is infection of the finger that may occur after minor trauma, bite or prick. You need to have antibiotic course with amoxicillin for 7 days and apply cold compresses. Wish you good health. Regards
