Question : I was taken to er for a bee sting on Friday evening. The sight of the sting on my forearm is red and irritated and encompasses my whole forearm. Having muscular discomfort also. Is there anything other than Benadryl and a topical that can help?

So along with benadryl and topical cortisone cream, combination of painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs will also helpful in reducing Redness and swelling.
Combination of painkiller (diclofenac) and anti inflammatory (paracetamol) is easily available over the counter.
