Question : i just fell down from a revolving chair due to which the left side of my head got swollen and its paining hard. so what medicine can i use?

Hi,
Thank you for query.

You can apply cold pack over swelling first.
You can take Tab chymoral forte thrice daily for 3 days for reducing swelling and paracetamol for headache
The above medication are available with doctor's prescription
If yo have severe headache,dizziness,vomiting get a CT Brain to rule out SDH.
