Question : what do I do for a bee sting?
The person is a 12 year old male and he was stung on the hand with some swelling and redness and pain .

Apply lignocaine gel & steroid ointment.

Hi, thanks for the query.
Make sure stinger is removed . Apply lignocaine gel locally to relief pain , also antibiotic + steroid ointment to decrease inflammation . Use long acting Antihistaminic & antiinflammatory painkiller ibuprofen .
If any anaphylaxis reaction occur take to nearest hospital emergency immediately .
