Question: Doctor i have a few questions

1. There is minor swelling and redness on my penis glans. I think it's ballantis. Can i apply Soframycin on it or is there any other good and safe alternative ??
2. During erection , Foreskin of my penis does not move back automatically. When it is in flaccid state, it easily rollback. Is this a sign of worry if Foreskin does not back during erection??
3. From Last 2-3 days, i am feeling that semen is coming out with urine but i am not sure. What should i do to make sure that semen is not coming out with urine?? Is there any test to confirm this??

Brief Answer:
Balanitis is easily treated. don't worry about foreskin/semen in urine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
1.It's best to confirm with a Urologist or a dermatologist, that it's balanitis only.In that case, penile hygiene with local application of Neosporin ointment is usually sufficient. You may require a course of antibiotic, after local examination.
2.There's nothing to worry.
3.If some semen is coming in the first urine after you have masturbation /intercourse, it's nothing to worry about. There's no need to confirm this. Still, if you want to confirm for your sake, you can always get that urine tested in the lab.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
