Brief Answer:
It looks like a Haematoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Due to injury, blood might be collected and clotted in the layers beneath the skin of the arm.
Give rest to the affected limb.
Hot compression will be helpful.
In addition to Ibuprofen, you should take Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside.
Get an X ray of the affected area to rule out bony injury. If there is no bony Injury, get an Ultrasound of the area to know any collection.
Nothing to worry. It will come down gradually.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
