Question : I fell on my treadmill and received a burn from the belt above my ankle two days ago. Now tonight my ankle is swollen. Should I be concerned?

You will be fine as long as you can put weight on the leg.

Welcome to HCM. Thank you for the picture, you have sprained your ankle, it will hurt for a while, Ibuprofen should be your friend. That abrasion should heal, Vaseline and neosporin are good to use, they protect it from infection. Some say that aloe vera helps reduce the scar/dark color formation, worth a try. Take care.
