Question : Hi there I have recently just a little after three days ago and I got a swelling between my anus and just and my left testicle got worse as they get on a plane back to U.K. looks like something bit me looks like to get infected and plenty puss and trying to keep it clean is not working I have picture if you need me and show you

To recapitulate: age- not mentioned - swelling between anus and left testicle - three days ago - got worse on way back to UK - looks something bit - infected - plenty of pus - hard to walk or stand - affecting the work - posted the image ...
The history and the image are suggestive of an infection with cellulitis and opening of the wound, there is also a darkened spot.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Apply liquid povidone iodine to the affected area to keep the skin sterile.
You need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medication.
Scrotal support.
Consult a General surgeon or an Urologist for clinical evaluation, an actual examination, ultrasound with color doppler to see that whether the deeper structure are involved or not,
It may be needed to remove the dead necrotic tissues as these hinder the free flow of pus and also delays the healing.
