Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX
No he did not lose consciousness, no CT scan was done. It was not an open wound, only neosporon is being use on the scrapped skin.
can't seem to load the picture could you provide me with an e-mail account to send it to.
Thank you

Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again, XXXXXXX
Thanks for uploading the image.
After a week of injury, the resolution is not that slow as per the image uploaded. However, there is a subconjunctival hemorrhage visible in the affected eye. Local prednisolone eye drops are recommended to avoid any undue inflammation associated with the injury. The eye does not seem sunken nor is there complaint of active pain, so fracture is also unlikely. Local antibiotics eye drops like ciprofloxacin, NSAIDs, ice pack compressions should be continued. Artificial tears gives relief as there is associated dry eye or foreign body sensation with the inflammatory response. If the above measures don't lead to complete resolution within the next week then an ophthalmologist should be consulted to examine the eye in detail.
