Question : Yes, I have joint swelling and trigger finger on my small fingers on both hands. I is worse in the morning after sleeping. It seems to be moving into the adjacent fingers. What could this be? Arthritis?

swelling in fingers can be due to rheumatoid arthritis.
I will advise you clinical examination and blood investigation like CBC, ESR, CRP.RA TEST, ACCP.
Another common possibility can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
clinical examination and MRI will help in diagnosis.
Neurotropic medication like pregabalin and methylcobalamine can be started consulting your doctor.
Physiotherapy and exercises are important.
