Brief Answer:
USG Neck. FNAC.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. First get a USG (Ultasound) Neck done to differentiate between a lymph node and the sub-mandibular salivary glans as the cause for this swelling under the jaw line.

2. Upload any Sinus CT images that you may have. Dental X-rays will help rule out any residual dental abscess causing this discomfort.

3. A Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) should be performed on the swelling. Upload this report along with a USG Neck and dental x-ray reports.

4. Treatment will depend upon these reports.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
