Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but feet and ankles swelling could be due to a number of causes including renal, cardiac or vuscular insufficiency.. So I would recommend that you get a duplex study on your legs to check on their vuscular supply along with an echocardiogram to check on your cardiac functions and a blood test to check on your renal functions including urea and creatinine levels..
As for the hip pain on the left side, then I would recommend that you get an X-ray on your hip joint to exclude arthritis or avascular necrosis along with a ct scan on your lumber vertebrea to exclude lumber disc prolapse and nerve root compression.. I hope you find this helpful..
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
