Avoid using perfumed soap, lotion, or powder. Maintain good hygiene and keep genital area clean and dry. You can apply triple action cream such as surfaz SN thrice daily for 5 days. If pain you can take acetaminophen when required. Are you having any discharge? Did you had unprotected intercourse in past?

Hi there the doctor told me this but since then i have applied lotion a few times a day, but its not really going away, i wash my penis several times a day but doesnt seem to go down

Ok ive also not had any discharge, nor have i had any sti symptoms, does this look like an sti or just balantis. I had quite a sore foreskin and swelled up, that has since gone down but still looks a little puffy. I also have a couple of skin tags would this have anything to do with it. Photo is with cream on
