Hello, I have studied your case and I think pain in knee joint can be due to osteoarthritis of the knee joint. It an also be a referred pain from hip or nerve pain due to stenosis. Before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.Do you have x rays of knee, hip and MRI of spine. If yes please send.
2.Do you have pain in knee bending or squatting or sitting cross leg?
3.Do you have Diabetes or thyroid or smoking history?
