Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and investigations to get a proper diagnosis and Rx

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit very short and specific.

Wants to know: what to do when right testis nerve is swollen...
Please give some more details so that I can assist you better:

- Since when has the problem started?
- Any consultation with a General Surgeon or a Urologist?
- Where exactly is the swelling?
- Any investigations?
- Any medications?
- Your age, please.
- What are the complaints/symptoms/trouble you have?

When there is swelling as mentioned by you, I would advise the following:
- Consult a General Surgeon or a Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination and get a clinical diagnosis.
- Investigations:
Urine: Routine, microscopic analysis, culture and sensitivity.
-High resolution Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum, ultrasound of the whole abdomen particularly of genito-urinary system.
Any other investigations as suggested.
- To get started on a proper antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medication.
- Scrotal support and elevation.
- Plenty of oral fluids.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Regards
