Question : Hello it si about my son, he is 31 this year he has benn sick for 4 days and has gone to the Dr twice he has a sore swollen throat he did have a sick stomach and fever,he can't eat, it is like swallowing chards of glass the gums are big and swolle the color of his mouth ranges from red to green to white

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your son medications and understand your concern.

After reading your son clinical history it appears that he are most probably having upper respiratory track infection (URTI) with abdomen discomfort .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like Betadine / chlorhexidine ,
Antihistaminic like Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night ,
Tab Paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily for throat swelling with fever &
Tab Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily before meal for sick stomach .
Continue Penicillin & good sleep .

You can discuss this with your treating doctor.

He will get relief .
